Save Our Ship (SOS) Society and Psychological First Aid:
A Community-Based Research Organization (CBRO) in the Okanagan established to engage local communities such as First Responders, in research projects with purpose. The Board of Directors are also local business owners and devoted to supporting improvements to mental health support systems.

Since 1954 Central Okanagan Search and Rescue has been providing Kelowna and the surrounding area with a team of highly trained volunteers committed to helping those that need assistance in both the backcountry and urban environments.
